
In 1996 we set up shop and called ourselves The Eventworks.
Back then, we saw that employee conferences were often a waste of time and money - and a missed opportunity to drive a business forward.
So we pioneered our own type of ‘active’ conferences where people were excited participants, not bored spectators. We used involvement to make that difference. Our mission was to provide the world’s most effective conferences. And it worked.
For many employees it was the first time they’d debated with the CEO, been listened to, had their ideas implemented on the spot or felt so united with their colleagues.
For many leaders, it was the first time their employees had so obviously ‘got it’. Instead of messing around with PowerPoint monologues, they were learning how to accelerate results by creating more involved businesses.
So in the spirit of practising what we preach, we changed our name to INVOLVE, reflecting our passion for creating more involved businesses. We have been pioneering our involvement ideas ever since – continually adding more capabilities and expertise to our team.
