Bella has solid experience in project management and change management gained with Deloitte Consulting, BBC News and subsequently, smaller consulting organisations.
She enjoys working practically with groups and organisations to build awareness and engagement, and to enhance communication and leadership skills. She has facilitated conversations, teams, workshops, debates, events, research and communication programmes to advance thinking and action in these areas.
She is a practitioner of humanistic psychology, and has a postgraduate diploma in Facilitation Skills and Change Management, a Masters degree in Information Management, and a (weirdly relevant) BSc in Biochemistry and Pharmacology. She is trained as a Coach, a Transactional Analysis Counsellor and is qualified to use Myers-Briggs Typing Instrument (MBTI). She has taken several career breaks to travel the world.
Aged 16, she left North Wales for the bright lights of London, but reached for the dimmer switch a few years ago and moved to the countryside. She now lives in a small-but-perfectly-formed Berkshire village with three cats, two children and one husband.
