James’ professional career began in marketing, working client side, for the drinks industry in the UK and South Africa. He has a deep understanding of the importance of brand and an even greater understanding of real ale.

James has over five years of experience with INVOLVE. Utilising the leadership and communication skills that he developed whilst in the Army, he has led teams to deliver successful projects for Interserve, GlaxoSmithKline, Masterfoods and the NHS.

He is a skilled facilitator and powerful presenter. He brings passion and conviction to everything he does at INVOLVE. When he’s not in the office his hobby is making baby boys. He’s got four under the age of 7.
