With over 17 years’ experience of pioneering more effective ways to communicate with employees in the world’s leading organisations, Jeremy is one of the UK’s leading experts on driving change through involvement.

A BSc in Psychology and an early career in advertising fuelled a passion to humanise big business. In 1996 Jeremy established The Eventworks to deliver 300% more effective employee communication, believing passionately that an agency selling involvement should practice what it preaches in every respect.

Jeremy has run programmes for 10 to 10,000 participants all over the world, from brewery workers to pharmaceutical salespeople, from aircraft builders to civil servants. He likes to keep involved at the front line – speaker coaching, MC-ing, developing solutions, aligning executive teams and evangelising the involvement philosophy.

His leadership role model is Captain Jean-Luc Picard and he has a Dalek in his kitchen, but apart from that he assures us he’s completely normal.
