Sharon is a talented and passionate communications professional, specialising in internal communications, employee engagement and organisational & cultural change.
She gained her experience in several large blue chip companies over the last 15 years in the UK as well as in other parts of Europe.
She is instinctive and energetic and manages to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic plans and creative, involvement solutions. She has worked in various industries, at senior level and has a track record of handling sensitive issues often under enormous pressure and yet remains unflappable.
When not working for Involve, Sharon loves spending time with her family in France, zumba dancing, skiing and thanks to her four year old son is now perfecting her lego building skills!
